THE 3RD ANNUAL RICHARD DE LONE
SPECIAL HOUSING PROJECT BENEFIT
This year featured spectacular performances by Boz Scaggs, who assembled an outrageous band to play with him: Jimmy Vaughan, Nick Lowe, Buddy Miller, James Cotton, Paul Revelli, Applejack Walroth, and Austin de Lone. Plus Buddy Miller performed an amazing opening set. On Friday, Robert Plant dropped by and sang a few, and our old friend, Ry Cooder, one of last year’s performers, watched the whole show. We will have some pictures up very soon.

THE BENEFIT 2008 GUITAR - BASS - DRUMS
Last year we were thrilled to have brought together three brilliant musicians for a once-in-a-lifetime concert, a very special concert for a very special cause. Our dear friends:
• Nick Lowe, one of our greatest supporters, and an amazing singer, songwriter, producer, bass player, guitar player, raconteur, and bon-vivant!
• The incredible Jim Keltner, one of the world’s best loved and most recorded drummers, and a long-time friend and fan of our son Richie.
• And the one and only Ry Cooder, who so kindly agreed to get together with his friends to help out this worthy cause
These three great musicians came together to perform as a trio, called Guitar-Bass-Drums, for the first time, which led to Nick and Ry, along with Ry's son Joachim on drums, touring throughout Europe over the past summer. Check out the pictures from the show.
THE BENEFIT 2007 ELVIS COSTELLO AND CLOVER
Due to the kindness and generosity of our good friend, and hero, Elvis Costello, we were able to jump start The Richard de Lone Special Housing Project with a one of a kind concert featuring Elvis and some of the musicians from the legendary Marin county band, Clover, who recorded his first album, My Aim Is True, 30 years ago in England. They performed the album live, in it's entirety, for the first time ever, at the Great American Music Hall in San Francisco.
